I am the founder of Passionflower Yoga and I am so glad you’re here!
Yoga and meditation continue to enrich my life in countless ways and I am passionate about sharing this beautiful practice with you.
Passionflower Yoga was created with sincerity and love as a way to present yoga that is inclusive and accessible for every body. Each class is an opportunity to meet ourselves exactly as we are, tune in and listen to our bodies, and practice deep self-acceptance and compassion. The better we know and love ourselves, the better equipped we are to show up for ourselves and others.
When I’m not on my mat, you can find me on stage as a professional oboist with Canada’s National Arts Centre Orchestra in Ottawa.
Honor where you’re at and meet me on your mat!
From my heart to yours, Namaste.
I first discovered yoga in 2015. The practice intrigued and challenged me in every way and that curiosity lead me abroad for yoga retreats in Central America and Bali, Indonesia. I absolutely fell in love with the magical island of Bali and have returned multiple times in recent years.
I completed my 200-hour certification in Core Hatha with Samasti Yoga in 2017 and my 100-hour certification in Yoga Therapeutics with Tina Nance Yoga Therapy in 2018. Currently, I am working towards a 50-hour certification in Yin Yoga and a 20-hour certification in Breathwork with Loka Yoga School.
In March of 2020 with the arrival of the pandemic, I created my online business and have been teaching multiple live classes each week ever since. This platform has become a conduit for connection in a time where we need connection more than ever.
